Alpha of Redditch have been supplying powder coating and wet spray services from their Enfield industrial estate base for over 20 years and in October 2014 were taken over by the directors of a long established local manufacturing company and re branded as Alpha of Redditch Limited.
As demand for their services increased, in 2018 the company acquired and moved into a 4000 square foot premises on the same industrial estate , this then enabled the company to invest in an additional curing oven along with a powder coating spray booth.
Capabilities in the new facility include :
1 x 4.5metre wide x 2.3metre high x 2.5metre deep Curing Oven
1 x 6.0metre wide x 2.2metre high x 2.4 metre deep curing Oven
1-Powder coat booth
1-Wet spray booth
Lifting capability upto 2.0 tonne in weight.
To improve efficiency Alpha of Redditch designed a purpose built production software to enable to track all jobs or batches electronically throughout the finishing processes. Jobs are entered into our system, then once completed an electronically generated email is sent automatically to notify that the jobs are ready for collection, by this way of implementation there is minimal delay of notification to our customers that the work is ready and the email is directed to the right person.
With the newly equipped facility and having experienced owners and operatives Alpha of Redditch Limited will continue to provide a quality and efficient service and alongside the company philosophy of “to surpass customer expectation” they will continue to expand on their existing and loyal customer base.
